Deep Work Self Inquiry
Showing up, Speaking, Being Vulnerable

The room will be open 15 minutes ahead for social time. This is optional but a good way to address those fears of showing up, being seen and being heard. We go into a 5 minute silent meditation, focusing on the in self inquiry question. We then move into randomly chosen breakout rooms where we work one-on-one with a partner. One person asks the questions and holds space for the person answering. Then you switch roles. After 30 minutes we return to the main room for another 5 minute meditation. There is then time for a brief share on any insights or aha moments gained during the practice. If you need additional time, I will be available after the meeting. If there is an odd number of people, as an alternative healer I will hold space for the group.
