Individual Sessions: What Happens
Alternative healing sessions last about two hours, more or less depending on how much time you need.
First, we spend time talking about what brought you to seek healing. The more focused your intentions are the more you will get out of the session.
Secondly, we spend a little time focusing on what we spoke about in mindful and somatic experiencing practices along with, breathing exercises. These tools extend the healing process that you bring into everyday life.
Next, you will lay comfortably on table where the healing work takes place. The time lasts anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
Lastly, we spend some time talking about your experience of the session if you need and any additional thoughts you would like to express.
I will follow up within a week or so with a phone call. This is just as much a part of the process as the session time is. Be sure to utilize this.
Individual sessions vary from person to person, depending on many factors.
My healing work comes from a very grounded and centered place reflective of the deep personal work I have done over the last 7 years.
Assistance with being more fully present and cognizant of your emotions and giving your the tools to work constructively with them helps get flow back into your life. When we get in a true honest relationship with ourselves the expansion of consciousness is a natural outcome.
Some of the health issues I have been of assistance with in the past include anxiety and depression, grief, loss, nightmares, physical pain, headaches, busy mind, dissociation, digestive issues, blocked energy and more.
