Service Description

These circles can assist you in awakening your own innate awareness and ability to heal and move forward in your personal growth and wellbeing. We share what brought us to the circle, we ground deeply in our bodies and work with somatic and mindful practices while relaxing broadly. There is healing done on both an individual and collective level. The circle that s about getting into a deeper more richly relational conversation with the parts that f yourself that have been neglected. The parts that remain hidden in safety for fear of expression. The parts tht feel too vulnerable to step out into the world. These locked emotions cause us to feel stuck and tired and need t want to deal with anything. Or it can manifest as overwhelm. Re-relating to yourself is one of most richly satisfying things you can do for yourself and your personal growth. Will you answer your aching body’s call to listen?
